Responsibilities:
Using takeoff software, build models off plans to get accurate takeoffs and quantities.
Accurately fill out bid forms to turn in bids on projects.
Communicate with customers and vendors via Phone, Text, Email, and Microsoft teams.
Read, understand and evaluate blueprints, spec sheets, job manuals, and other construction documents.
Thoroughly review contracts and make sure everything is correct.
Maintain and complete Daily paperwork and report each day.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions related to the project with customers or GC.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in an estimator role.
Minimum 2 years experience with takeoff software.
great communication with subordinates, upper management, clients and vendors.
Strong ability to multitask and complete/manage multiple tasks at once.
Ability to make cost and time effective decisions.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook, teams, other computer systems and technology.
Knowledge in sitework, utilities, and concrete.
Associates degree not required but is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
