Team member will be doing several repetitive tasks to include the below listed:
greeting walk in customers answering phones and directing callers to appropriate parties fielding emails and either responding to them or redirecting to appropriate party must be proficient in Microsoft and Google programs such as Word, Excel, Slack/Google Sheets, etc.
must be proficient in typing written correspondence must be comfortable speaking both in person and on the phone with customers, communication is a huge portion of the duties in this position filing some light accounting (QuickBooks experience strongly preferred) shipping loads using LTL systems and small package services freight billing and processing assisting customers utilizing storage services processing credit card payments handling cash payments invoicing customers for stone sales assisting customers picking up orders packing and processing small packages utilizing UPS system packing and processing small packages utilizing USPS Click and Ship system light housekeeping to include vacuuming and keeping front receptionist area clean and well presented for walk in customers must have verifiable prior employment must have reliable transportation to/from work position requires non smoker - as facility is non smoking in front office position is full time on site only-no remote opportunities for this position SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday 8:
00am to 5:
00pm
