We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager who is organized, detailed-oriented, and has strong communication skills.
In this position you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning and maintenance of all areas within the homes of clients.
The Housekeeping Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all homes are clean and safe at all times.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring that homes are kept in good repair and that safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
Ensuring that all cleaning schedules are followed as well as ensuring that work schedules are being met consistently.
Overseeing the daily cleanins.
Conducting safety meetings as well as providing training to employees.
Overseeing maintenance of all equipment used in production.
Performing other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 2 years of related experience preferred.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
