Located in Paris, Texas, Pools and More has been in business for 24 years.

We are looking to add a driven and organized leader to our organization with the intention of managing our marketing and sales department.
The ideal candidate would have pool design and sales experience, leadership and management experience, as well as general marketing experience.
The candidate must be able to work independently, able to prioritize, be highly organized and professional, and have the drive to learn and improve the organization.
Salary, commissions and draws are dependent on experience and given the importance of this role, will be increased with success in this role.
Pools and More will provide all necessary tools for this role including potential company vehicle, company cell phone, professional apparel, and computer(s) and software(s).
Duties and
Responsibilities:
-The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for the sales and design department as well as all marketing endeavors -Lead management and customer communication throughout process including after build to ensure customer satisfaction -Site visits with an understanding of how to build pools in general so design is functional, as well as understanding customer's desires, location details with measurements of property lines and elevations, and the ability to set expectations for the customer -Managing pool designer or designing pool with company provided software, presenting design and pricing to customer -Vetting, establishing and managing relationships with vendors and subcontractors who provide products used in designing and building pools -Educating sales and design team on selections, materials and features for customer's pool design to assist customer in making best choices for their project -Project management for each customer project including project details, documentation, and customer expectations and communication Job Type:
